The Dark Myths collection is unlocked with a single one-time payment that grants permanent access to your account. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
01One-Time Purchase
Unlocking the Dark Myths collection is a single, one-time payment tied to your account. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and nothing to renew.
Because there is no ongoing billing, there is nothing to cancel after purchase. Your access remains active for the lifetime of your account.
02Refund Eligibility
The Dark Myths collection is digital content that is unlocked and viewable immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly, purchases are generally final.
We will, however, issue a full refund if you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same unlock, or were unable to access the content due to a verified technical fault on our side.
03Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the email address used for your account and a short description of the issue.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the associated access to the Dark Myths collection is removed from your account.
04Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
05Cancelling Your Account
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your saved access, and a one-time unlock cannot be transferred to a different account or restored after deletion.
